中心定位
中国国际科促会期刊中心是中国国际科技促进会（CIAPST）面向学术出版与国际传播设立的工作平台，协同高等教育机构推进新批英文学术期刊的建设与服务。
中心对标国际学术组织门户的信息公开方式，集中提供新闻、期刊展示、投稿入口、版面费收款与联系通道，方便海内外作者、审稿人与图书馆使用。
科促国际
“科促国际”是期刊中心的国际传播与交流板块，不作为期刊展示、投稿或版面费收款主体。
期刊布局
- 高教合作英文刊 8 种：材料制造、数字教育、清洁能源、人工智能、转化医学、农业食物、可持续城市、创新政策（网站为建设期演示占位）
工作原则
坚持同行评议、研究诚信与开放获取。中心不向个人账户收取任何费用，正式刊名、ISSN 与主办单位以主管部门批复文件为准。
Mandate
The CIAPST Journal Center is the scholarly-publishing platform of the China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology. It supports newly approved English-language journals developed with higher-education partners.
Following the information architecture of international organisations, the site gathers news, journal pages, submission, payments and contact services for authors, reviewers and libraries.
Kechuang International
Kechuang International is the Centre's international outreach and exchange stream. It is not a journal and is not a submission or payment entity.

Principles
Peer review, research integrity and open access. No fees are collected via personal accounts. Official titles and ISSNs follow regulatory approval.
