研究论文、综述、政策评论与案例研究。当前展示的高教合作期刊均为英文刊，仅接受英文稿。
格式要求
- Word 或 PDF，正文 1.5 倍行距，图表随文或置于文末并编号。
- 结构：题目、作者与单位、摘要（150–250 词）、关键词（3–6 个）、正文、参考文献。
- 参考文献建议采用 APA 第 7 版或 GB/T 7714，全刊保持一致。
审稿流程
编辑初审 → 双盲外审（通常 2 位）→ 修回 → 主编终审。录用后请通过官方缴费系统缴纳开放获取出版费（APC）。

Research articles, reviews, policy commentaries and case studies. The higher-education partner titles currently shown are English-language journals and accept English manuscripts only.
Formatting
- Word or PDF, 1.5 line spacing; figures numbered in-text or at the end.
- Structure: title, authors and affiliations, abstract (150–250 words), 3–6 keywords, main text, references.
- APA 7th or GB/T 7714; apply one style consistently.
Peer review
Desk review → double-blind external review (typically two referees) → revision → editor-in-chief decision. After acceptance, pay the APC in the official payment portal.
